Return & refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We want you to love the product you purchased from Dicartia…a lot.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of delivery of your order for a refund (excluding sale items) or exchange. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days (not including holidays or weekends) of receipt of returned products. We can only accept product returns in a new and unused condition.


All sale items are returnable for exchange only and nonrefundable.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Dicartia tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Dicartia in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.

ARRANGING A RETURN:
To arrange a return please email info@dicartia.com with your account information, order number, product information, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be confirmed via email. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
